Wedding films

One day, filmed so it still holds up in twenty years

Wedding video is the one format with no second attempt. There is no reshoot, no pickup day, and no version of the morning that can be recreated later. That single fact drives every decision we make about coverage.

Mile 1 Media films weddings across the Treasure Coast, Martin County and Palm Beach County. Stuart and the surrounding coast is where the company started and it remains one of our core markets, so we know the venues, the light, and how quickly a beach ceremony turns once the weather moves.

What we film

Preparation

The morning in both rooms. Quiet, unstaged, and usually where the most honest footage of the day comes from.

Ceremony

Multi-camera so nothing depends on one angle, with audio taken from the officiant and the groom rather than a camera mic.

Portraits and couple time

Filmed alongside your photographer rather than competing with them, which keeps the schedule intact.

Reception

Speeches with clean audio, first dance, and the room as it actually felt rather than a series of posed shots.

Aerials

Where the venue and the airspace allow it, flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed operator. See drone videography for how that works.

Second day coverage

Welcome parties, rehearsal dinners and morning-after brunches, for weddings that run across a weekend.

How the day runs

Before

Timeline and venue walk

We go through the schedule with you and, where possible, the venue itself. Knowing where the light will be at four o clock is not something you can improvise on the day.

On the day

Present, not intrusive

Small crew, long lenses where it matters, and no directing during the ceremony. Guests should be aware there is a film being made and never feel they are on a set.

After

Edit and delivery

A highlight film first, then the longer edits. Speeches and ceremony are delivered in full rather than trimmed, because those are the parts families come back to.

What you get back

  • A highlight film of the day
  • Full ceremony edit with clean audio
  • Full speeches, uncut
  • A short social version for sharing
  • Aerial coverage where it was flown
  • All footage retained rather than deleted after delivery

Weddings are quoted per day and per coverage level rather than from a package list, because a beach ceremony for forty people and a two-day venue wedding are not the same job. Starting ranges are on the pricing page.

Frequently Asked Questions About Wedding Videography

What makes Mile 1 Media different from other wedding videographers in Florida?

We are not just camera operators standing in the back of the room. Our wedding videographer team in Florida focuses on capturing the real moments, the ones that matter most to you, because no two couples tell the same story. From the nervous laugh before the first look to the dance floor chaos at midnight, we film with intention. Every wedding video we produce is built around your day, your people, and the energy that made it yours.

Where in Florida do you film weddings?

We have filmed weddings across Palm Beach, Miami, Orlando, and Tampa. Whether you are planning a beachside ceremony, a garden wedding, a rooftop celebration, or an intimate gathering, Mile 1 Media brings the same level of care and professionalism to every shoot anywhere in Florida.

What styles of wedding video do you offer?

Some couples want a cinematic highlight reel set to music. Others want a documentary-style film that captures the full day from getting ready to the last dance. We do both, and everything in between. During our pre-wedding consultation, we figure out exactly what style fits you best.

How do you handle outdoor Florida weddings with sun, rain, and wind?

Florida wedding videography comes with unique challenges like harsh midday sun, unpredictable rain, and outdoor ceremonies with wind and background noise. We bring professional audio equipment, stabilized cameras, and lighting rigs that let us work in any condition without disrupting your ceremony or reception.

Do you coordinate with our other wedding vendors?

Absolutely. We work closely with your photographer, DJ, and wedding planner to make sure the day runs smoothly. Good coordination means better footage and less stress for you. We have worked alongside dozens of vendors across South Florida and know how to stay out of the way while still getting every shot.

What is included in your wedding videography packages?

Our packages typically include a pre-wedding consultation, full-day coverage from getting ready through the reception, a highlight film, and a full-length edit. We also offer add-ons like drone footage, same-day edits, and raw footage delivery. Every package is customizable to fit your wedding and your budget.
